Purpose of All-Hands Meeting
All-hand meetings are widely known in the corporate sector. Regardless of the size of a business, these meetings are a great way to provide transparency to employees.
Moreover, these meetings form the stepping stones to massive success for any company. Our recent all-hands meeting took place in August 2022.
In this recent meeting, our company’s co-founders, Mr. Abeer Raza and Mr. Asim Rais Siddiqui discussed the company’s objectives, goals, and upcoming projects.
They shared company milestones and accomplishments and recognized the individuals who assisted in achieving them.
Opening Ceremony
The event took place at the Hotel Country Inn on 22nd August 2022.
Mr. Irfan Ul Haq (Corporate Strategist and COO)
The event started with our Corporate Strategist and Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mr. Irfan ul Haq.
Irfan has more than 16 years of experience in operations management. He develops plans and takes on new initiatives while managing B2B and B2C businesses. He started the opening ceremony by discussing the company’s previous projects’ success and business operations.
After that, he briefly discussed the company’s achievements and mentioned upcoming event details. Next, he shed light on the forthcoming locations where we plan to expand our business.
Some of these new locations include Dubai, Turkey, and Lahore. He mentioned the new office setup in Dubai and Lahore, which will be operational soon.
Mr. Abeer Raza (Co-Founder and CMO)
Our CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and Co-Founder, Mr. Abeer Raza, spoke next. Abeer further highlighted the information regarding the new opening locations.
He also mentioned upcoming partnership details and a five-year plan with the development and implementation of business strategies to generate immersive growth and leads. Moreover, he shared some quick thoughts on how technology has revolutionized the mobile app industry.
Lastly, he briefly mentioned the latest technologies we plan to incorporate into our business. He also stated the details regarding new product launches.
He shed light on each department’s success individually, discussed reachable milestones, and mentioned priorities for the next quarter.
Mr.Asim Rais Siddiqui (Co-Founder and CTO)
Our Co-Founder and CTO – Mr. Asim Rais Siddiqui, spoke about the up-and-coming technological advancements.
Having a decade-long experience in developing and producing software solutions, he focused on how we can leverage these technology-related changes.
Asim focuses on new market opportunities and emerging technologies, which he mentioned in detail.
Asim started his discussion by mentioning the transition from mobile app development to software development. He also discussed emerging technologies like Web 3.0, NFTs, Metaverse, and Blockchain and TekRevol’s plan to incorporate their use in the future.
In a nutshell, Asim’s vision is to be substantive and significantly impact people’s lives, which he made sure to elaborate to everyone.

A quick Q/A session took place at the end of the event. In this session, employees asked questions related to new changes that will take place in the custom software development company and the details regarding upcoming projects and partnership programs.
