OpenAI is retiring DALL·E. The DALL·E GPT will leave ChatGPT on 30 August 2026, and the API versions went in May. Image generation now runs on ChatGPT Images 2.0, with gpt-image-2 as the API model.

Selecting the best AI software requires evaluating data privacy compliance, API integration flexibility, custom model training capabilities, long-term per-user licensing costs, and how cleanly the software embeds into your team’s existing operational workflows.
