Rehkemper & Son, Inc. has been manufacturing trusses since 1975, growing from a single plant in Breese, Illinois into a multi-location family of companies with facilities across Illinois, Missouri, and Tennessee, serving contractors from residential builds to large-scale commercial projects.
But behind that scale was a quoting process that hadn't kept pace. Pricing lived in spreadsheets, freight was calculated manually, and every new quote required a phone call or an email chain.
Rehkemper & Son reached out to TekRevol to build a self-service quoting platform for contractors, paired with a full admin portal giving internal teams complete control over pricing, customers, and quote activity across all plants.

TekRevol built a structured, multi-step form collecting all structural specs needed for a fully priced quote, Pitch, Span, Feet on Center, Overhang, Loading, Heel, Quantity, and PO upload. Every field feeds directly into real-time pricing and logistics calculations.
Freight cost is calculated automatically at $3.50/mile from the nearest plant to the delivery address, updating dynamically as inputs change. Deliveries exceeding 100 miles trigger a customizable disclaimer directing users to contact the company directly.
Every quote is stored with Active or Expired status, valid for 30 days, with reorder and pre-fill on renewal. From the final quote view, contractors can Place an Order or Request Drawings, both triggering real-time admin notifications.
The admin panel gives Rehkemper's team full visibility and control across pricing, customers, quotes, and plant logistics. All key modules are configurable without engineering involvement.
The admin portal uses role-based permissions scoped at the module level, ensuring pricing rules, customer data, and configuration are only accessible to authorized personnel.
The platform is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, so contractors can quote from the office or a job site without any loss of functionality.
