Be expressive and clearly communicate everything out beforehand. And do not be reluctant when it comes to making management changes and enlisting different resources. Continue with your go-to workflow but at the same time – grow out of your comfort zone and embrace the kind of technologies you use. The shift from Coco2d-x to Unreal Engine and Unity was one of the key points Asim Rais mentioned to Entrepreneur. And of course, persisting through it all matters.
