The episode featured Abeer delving into individualistic collectivism and how important it is for entrepreneurs to integrate a positive culture into their businesses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Abeer starts off by talking about failure. Starting early and failing early in his career had been critical to shaping his outlook on failure. He goes on to talk about how losing interest in his own venture was a major reason for its failure because once an entrepreneur loses interest in their business, that eventually leads to customers losing interest as well. If you\u2019re not interested in what you\u2019re selling, then why would anyone else be interested in buying it? He urges the viewers to invest in something that they\u2019re passionate about and be persistent, as that is what keeps you going.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Abeer also gives an invaluable tip to aspiring entrepreneurs and anyone just starting out. He advises viewers to put themselves out of their comfort zones and take on adversity. If you put yourself in an uncomfortable situation, you\u2019ll be able to push your limits and grow as an individual. Growth comes from discomfort, and by being comfortable with being uncomfortable, you\u2019ll be able to achieve breakthroughs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He talks about an oxymoron called individualistic collectivism, wherein in order to substantiate your goals or move further down the progress path as an individual, you have to think about the collective and add value to it. This applies to everyone, for example, if you\u2019re seeking personal growth, it goes hand in hand with organizational growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abeer also opens up about creating an organizational culture that employees truly feel like they belong to and can devote themselves to. By being transparent and authentic, you can get like-minded individuals on-board who share the same vision and determination as you do. This helps create the ultimate dream team that works tirelessly for your cause.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abeer concludes the podcast by advising leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs to start working on themselves from day one. He says that you don\u2019t have to wait till you get time, start making small changes and take out time for your own personal development every day. Change doesn\u2019t happen overnight, it\u2019s years in the making.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
