Understanding the role of each stakeholder and how dynamics function in different teams, it is important to meet a collective goal and acknowledge individual capabilities alongside as well.<\/p>\n<p>Our Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) \u2013 Asim Rais Siddiqui recently expressed his opinion on the digital transformation ecosystem for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fortunebusinessinsights.com\/digital-transformation-market-104878\">Entrepreneur<\/a>, a magazine where insights from industry leaders and emerging entrepreneurs are covered. \u00a0For Entrepreneur, Mr. Asim covered tips to succeed in the digital transformation industry and advised a strategy for leaders to follow.<\/p>\n<p>In this article, we will cover what Asim offered as tips on digital transformation excellence and building a narrative in the bigger ecosystem.<\/p>\n<h2>How You Can Succeed?<\/h2>\n<p>Digital transformation covers different strategies and in order to upscale with the right strategy \u2013 here is what you should ideally follow.<\/p>\n<h3>Foundation based on 3C\u2019s<\/h3>\n<p>We do acknowledge that companies differ and depending on the kind of enterprise your business is and where you plan to lean towards, contextually, here are the 3 C\u2019s you should focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Change management<\/li>\n<li>Continuity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be expressive and clearly communicate everything out beforehand. And do not be reluctant when it comes to making management changes and enlisting different resources. Continue with your go-to workflow but at the same time \u2013 grow out of your comfort zone and embrace the kind of technologies you use. The shift from Coco2d-x to Unreal Engine and Unity was one of the key points Asim Rais mentioned to Entrepreneur. And of course, persisting through it all matters.<\/p>\n<h3>Collaboration with the right company<\/h3>\n<p>To optimize and maintain a seamless workflow, the company you partner up with in terms of product development and the design process will define everything.
